Once again, as I write this report I am led to worship and praise the Almighty for the love that you all show to us in various ways. I also want to remind you to never forget that we depend greatly on your prayers. This past month has been filled with great joy. We have been refreshed in our understanding and have tasted the faithfulness of the Lord, and have thereby grown in our encouragement and faith.

It appears that the Lord has added another one of His children to our number, and He has done so in a surprising way. “Nelly” is a 70 year-old woman. One of the members of our church found her in a very sad state, abandoned by her family and depressed almost to the point of committing suicide. Without exaggerating, I can say that the brothers and sisters of Family of Grace Church, when they found out about her condition, immediately began to visit her in order to share the Gospel and provide her with food. From the adults in our congregation to the very youngest, everyone showed great anxiousness to help.

Nelly was once very rich and she lived a life of vanity and sinful pleasures. When we met her, she had lost absolutely everything; from her family to her health and her material possessions. So by the providence of God she was left in a perfect condition to lift her eyes to Heaven and have her reason return to her! She had spent the past 30 years of her life mindlessly bouncing from one church body to the next, where all she attained was a false assurance of salvation. However, it was only a short amount of time after we met her that through the preaching of the Gospel and the display of the Gospel seen in the love and service of the saints, it now seems that Nelly has truly discovered the great hidden Treasure. Blessed be the Name of the Lord!

On the other hand, in April we had our first official conference with pastors and leaders in Argentina with whom we have collaborated in different ways for some time. It was a great joy to be together, and I hope that it is the beginning of a deep unity, one that might ignite the flames of national revival! The doctrines that were taught during the conference were of a fundamental nature. It was not only a blessing to be able to enjoy the exposition of God’s Word, but also the times of prayer, the testimonies, and the friendships between all the pastors and leaders were very edifying.

With regard to some motivations for prayer, I ask you to take the following things before the Throne of Grace

  1. Growth, unction, and wisdom for the pastors who attended the conference and their families
  2. Equipping of workers in our local church to help with discipleship and teaching
  3. Protection from falling into any temptation
  4. Employment for people in the church who are without work
