With the help of Kabwata Baptist Church and HeartCry, Central Baptist Church in Gaborone, Botswana (pastored by HeartCry missionary Monametsi Bahudi) is sending Michael Legodi to pastor their church plant in Francistown, Botswana. Michael is from a small town just south of Francistown, which is the nation’s second largest city and is often called the ‘northern capital’ of Botswana.
In 2013, after completing a Bachelor of Theology at Christ Baptist Seminary in Polokwane, South Africa, Michael came to Monametsi’s church in Gaborone, the nation’s capital in southern Botswana. The church recognized and affirmed Michael’s gifting and calling in preaching God’s word. Michael was sent for an internship at Kabwata Baptist Church in Lusaka, Zambia, which he completed in July 2015. Michael was recently married to Selwana on September 4.
