Building a Foundation for Faith Program
Our Shalom School of Ministries extension program called Building a Foundation for Faith continues and is very popular. All the pastors who have attended this training have asked us to return to deliver our second level training course. Every time we meet with them we tell them – if they do not find this relevant to their work or beneficial to their ministry, there is no obligation to come back.
This is what one of the pastors who attended our training said: “I have been in Bible School for 4 years in Phnom Penh but I haven’t learn about this. Now I am clearer about the whole story of the Bible. It is easy to see God’s Plan of Salvation throughout history from the beginning of the Old Testament to the end of the New Testament. God is so faithful to us.”
In this quarter we were able to conduct 7 training events in 7 different provinces, (Prey Veng, Battambang, Kompong Thom Kompong Chhnang, Kompong Speu, Takeo & Ratanakkiri), with about 100 people attending. All of them benefited from not only increasing their Bible knowledge but also their understanding of the complete story the Bible tells us.
