Please be praying for our sister Hanan, who is laboring as an evangelist and administrator in a protected country in the Middle East. Earlier this year she was diagnosed with cancer, and now she is taking chemotherapy, which resulted in a complete loss of her hair, and a severe drop of her immune system.

Since then, it appeared that the chemotherapy was not having any positive impact. Last week, the doctors feared that if her body didn’t respond positively to her final scheduled dose of chemo, then she would probably not live.

But after this week’s treatment, the doctors seem to think she may be doing slightly better. They can’t say for sure, but they are hopeful that the chemo will begin to have a positive impact. They are waiting to see if more chemotherapy will be an option.

We praise God that He is our hope when all other hopes fail us. He is able! Please continue to pray for her.

A recent report from one of the leaders in the Middle East:

I talked with Hanan yesterday after her last doctor’s appointment, and he told her that there are no signs of the tumor anymore, and that she only needs one more chemotherapy dose.

Praise the Lord for that… Let’s keep praying that things will stay like this!

Amen! Praise the Lord! May we be encouraged to believe God in prayer!
