In the middle of April the rains began to come to an end in our region. These rains left many people without homes, food, clothing, etc. Because of this, our church began to collect clothes, water, food, and other supplies and we took it to those who were in need. We visited four different refugee camps. As Ephesians 2:10 tells us, we were saved to walk in good works.

In the same way, the second week of the month we were used by God to take the gospel to a nearby town called “Las Palmeras.” This is a community of extreme poverty, not only materially but also spiritually. The people there were not too excited about us sharing the gospel, nevertheless we continued, and next month we are hoping to return. We are motivated by love for those whom God will save.
