l was born into a Christian family. My parents made sure l attended Sunday school and the main service as well. Another ministry was regularly preaching the gospel at our Primary school and in the neighboring villages. When l went to Secondary school, l was attending Christian Union and Bible study.

One day we were studying John 4, about the Samaritan woman, where Jesus revealed the sin of the woman. This teaching revealed my problem of sin and my need of eternal life. I realized that l was a sinner, my heart was sinful, so l ran to Christ and asked Him to forgive me of my sins. He wiped away my sins and saved my life. I continue to grow in His grace and live for Him.

As we are here in Malindi, l’m helping my husband in the ministry in accompanying him door to door as well as person to person ministry. I’m also helping the women by sharing the word of God with them, and the children ministry as well. I have my personal time of reading the Bible and prayer, praying for the pastor and the work of the gospel.
