Pastor Bill Issa of Reconciliation Baptist Church in Kampala, Uganda was in great need of transportation for his large family.  HeartCry was able to help with the purchase of a van.  The van has proven extremely useful as Bill hosts quarterly pastor-training seminars in Kampala.  He has also used the van to conduct pastor-training seminars in Western Uganda, as well as visiting a South Sudanese refugee camp in Northern Uganda
