Moise Marin

Moise Marian pastors O Del Si Amenca Church in Bucharest, Romania. Stricken by a debilitating malady over the past few years, his ministry has been very difficult for him at times. In his recent report, Brother Marian shares this health update: “My medical test results were not good this month. I felt weak, tired and had pain on my right side where I had the surgery. The doctor added new things to my treatment. I also have to do more oxygen therapy sessions.

EVANGELISTIC OUTREACH

I talked to a 39-year-old man who is an alcoholic and has a 14-year-old child. He has different health issues and has been advised not to drink, but he said that whenever he saw a bar, something just pushed him inside. He told me that many times he didn’t want to go into the bar, but felt that someone was fighting with him to make him enter. Once inside, he said that he didn’t have the will to leave or to refuse alcohol. One problem is that he spends all the money he has on alcohol and, when sober, he feels guilty. But he says there’s nothing he can do anymore. He can’t pay his bills and feels so sorry when he sees that his children are in need of clothes, shoes and food. He has lost his job. I prayed with this man on the street and invited him to church, but he never came. I keep praying for him.
