In the providence of God, Ukraine is encountering much political and civil unrest over the recent developments involving Ukraine President Viktor F. Yanukovych and Russian President Vladimir Putin.  In the midst of an impoverished economy the two leaders have incurred great opposition from protestors over recent decisions that were made that has affected the welfare of the Ukrainian people.

According to news reports, over 100 people have been killed with hundreds of others hospitalized from injuries incurred in the riots in Kiev.

Please pray for our Heart Cry missionaries in the Ukraine.  While they are seemingly out of harm’s way being that they live near the Romanian border outside the city of Tereblecia, they and their families need the continued prayers of the saints for their protection.
