I had told you in my previous report about Stefan who is 47. He was very sick and the doctors gave him no hope, but he turned to God. He told me it was very difficult for him when he couldn’t get to church and he wanted to kill himself rather than to live like that. He mistreated his family and believed that no one loved him. Since he turned to the Lord, Stefan is feeling much better. He was in a wheelchair, but now he has started walking with the help of a walker. One Sunday, I gave him a ride to church. As I was putting his wheelchair in the trunk, but he said to me, “Brother Marian, I am not going to church in a wheelchair anymore. The Lord has strengthened my feet and now I can use the walker that you gave me!” When the brothers and sisters saw him walking, they were so glad for this miracle that had taken place in Stefan’s life. Luminita, Stefan’s wife, and their daughter, who joined him at church, decided to turn to the Lord.
Stefan’s son-in-law also said that he would like to know more about the Lord and I appreciated him for this. Stefan’s daughter suffered from epilepsy from 8 years old until she was 13. She used to take medicines every day. One day, brother Marian Dinca and I visited their family and we prayed for this girl and from that day on, the girl hasn’t taken any more medicine and has never had another seizure. She is 21 years old now and is married. When she saw what the Lord had done for her father, she surrendered to Him. Praise the Lord for the wonderful way in which He is working among us!
