This has been a month of many trials and attacks from the enemy, but we are trusting in the God who is faithful. Please, do not stop praying for our church. That is my request to you.

I spoke with our church, recognizing that God has moved in a surprising way in the ministry here in Nueva Esperanza, and that as a result, the enemy will not be content to sit idly, and he will begin to launch his darts. We have seen that become a reality and we can say that the church has known how to use the shield of faith.

As the pastor, I am continuing the ministry of visiting the families of our church in their homes. As I write this report, I have three visits still to do today and I am experiencing, together with the families, great joy as we hope and pray that the Lord might use the visits to cause fruit to grow in each of them, and also that He would save those who do not yet know Him.

The teaching in the church is benefiting the brothers and sisters, both at our Sunday services as well as in the studies that we have for men on Fridays. God has increased the burden in the hearts of the members of our congregation to learn from His Word and grow in hearts of humility. To that end we ask our God not only that this year we might continue with our studies, but also that He might raise up men that can faithfully teach the Word in order for the church of God to be edified.

There is now a family from the center of the city of Sullana that wants us to visit them and have a Bible study in their home. I have prayed together with my wife that people from the center of the city might know the Gospel, and it seems that this is an answer from God. We trust that He will give us the time and the ability to visit them one day each week. May God make all things come together for his harvest.

Please pray for our church and our family, that God might always get the glory in all that we do.
