George and Donna Serban continue to be faithful in saturating the community with gospel seed. George shares in his report this month:
We were visited this month by a consulting team from Bucharest. They are going to help the members of our missionary team to identify their calling in church planting. We believe that this way the missionaries will be able to know their calling better and to work according to their gifts, so they will be less frustrated and more efficient.
I do street evangelism every Tuesday and Wednesday in Stoenesti and I share about the Lord with the people I meet. I would like to ask you to pray for a young man who has been living with us for five years. He is graduating from high school this year and he wants to get involved in ministry. Please pray for wisdom for us, so that we could see clearly his calling from the Lord. Please pray that he would be useful in ministry. He will start a 6-month training period and then get involved in the church planting ministry with the missionary team in Stoenesti.
Don is serving as the HeartCry Coordinator for Eastern Europe. As an itinerant evangelist, his pulpit ministry is directed toward preaching on the inner life of the believer and the spiritual need of the lost. With HeartCry, his ministry includes organizing Bible conferences and corresponding with the HeartCry missionaries in Europe. He and his lovely wife Cindy live in Tuscumbia, AL.
