By God’s grace, I studied several Bible passages this month, including 2 Kings 23:1-7 where I saw what it means to dedicate yourself to God with all your heart. When you devote yourself to God, you start preaching the gospel to the people around you and you are not ashamed because you renew your covenant with God, have a holy walk with Him, and there is a sense of revival in your life. We can see the example of King Josiah in this passage who became king when he was 8 years old and reigned for 31 years. The Scripture says that he did what was right before God. Verse 25 says that Josiah was a king that turned to the Lord with all his heart. Another example of a person who turned to God with all his heart is Nehemiah (Nehemiah 10:28-29). I saw in these verses that the man of God walked in light and truth and would separate himself from everything that was sinful.

I would like to share with you about the trials we have been through as a family this month. My brother-in-law, who is 45 years old, was forced by his employer to take the COVID vaccine. He had had some health issues as a child and after the vaccine, he was paralyzed for a week, he lost his memory and fell into a comma. We took him to the hospital where the doctors gave him a treatment that helped him recover and walk. We thought we were going to lose him. My 47-year-old sister-in-law was so affected and exhausted by these events that she couldn’t sleep seeing her brother in such a critical condition. This brought on a panic attack. The day when her brother was to be released from the hospital, she had a heart attack. She called my wife, who went to her home and found her unconscious. My wife called the ambulance, but her sister recovered and refused to be taken to hospital. She said that she was felt OK. She told my wife that she could go back to work, but she remained alone at home. When her sister came from the hospital with their brother, they found her dead in her house. She had had another heart attack. This was a very difficult trial for us. Please pray for our family that the Lord would strengthen us and help through this difficult trial.

We had a child dedication service for a little girl named Eva. This was a good opportunity for us to preach the gospel to the relatives, friends and neighbors of her family. Please pray for this baby’s family. Many nonbelievers came to the church over the weeks, and the Lord guided us to organize an evangelistic church service. Two people came and were searched by the Spirit of God. Diana (25) had been attending our church for two months and wanted to accept the Lord as her personal Lord and Savior. Francesca (19) also came to church with her friend, Estera, who was baptized a year ago. Francesca also wanted to accept the Lord as her personal Lord and Savior. Please pray for these two sisters. As a church, we take care of the new converts, teaching them the basic principles of Scripture.

I shared the gospel with sister Mihaela’s husband. Sister Mihaela was recently baptized. George (44) was very open and asked me more questions about the Word of God. I explained to him the Bible. He then allowed me to pray for him. Please pray that the Lord would transform this man’s life.
