The Orphanage of One in Love exists to provide for the spiritual and physical needs of the hurting and needy children of Cambodia through the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” –Mathew 19:14

Before joining the Cambodian orphanage family, many of the children endure difficult backgrounds. One child was a critically malnourished girl suffering from HIV; no one expected her to live. Another was a young boy living with his two brothers, surviving on only one pack of rice per day.

Today, through God’s grace and the love and efforts of the orphanage caregivers, the girl is now a beautiful child with medication provided to keep her condition stable. The young boy is now 14 years old, a mature and intelligent young man who carefully studies the Word.

In addition to the physical and mental care of the children, our central goal is to focus upon their spiritual training through prayer and immersion in the Word. The head caregiver spends time reading and explaining scripture every night and the orphanage family consistently participates in group prayer. In a country that is 95% Buddhist, we pray for the conversion of these children that they might be used as a light to spread the Gospel in Cambodia.
