Ruxi Vandici is an evangelist located in Bucharest, Romania. She has been trained through HeartCry conferences and training programs, as well as through evangelism and discipleship courses during her college years. Ruxi currently works with college students and young women in Bucharest through evangelism, discipleship, counseling, and mentoring. Ruxi has partnered with HeartCry since 2001.
