Johny Anazco is the pastor of Divine Redeemer Baptist Church in Peru. He received his ministerial training through the Baptist Missionary Seminary of Theology in Sullana, and through the Confessional Baptist Seminary of Ecuador. He provides an overview of the three main parts of his ministry: “My first ministry is in my home in being a good husband by living out what God asks of me in His Word. Secondly, shepherding the flock that God has placed in my care to grow in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ through making disciples. And thirdly, to reach this district for Christ through evangelism so that His glory will be manifest in this district.” Johny has been partnering with HeartCry since 2022, and he and his wife, Maria Reyna, have been married since 2012.
