Romania

Ion Tomeci is a pastor of Providence Church in Romania. He started working as a missionary reaching students in 1994 in Bucharest, then in Brasov and Timisoara. In 2010, he started Providence Church in Brasov along with HeartCry Missionary Sorin Prodan. In the church, Ion serves by mentoring and discipling young men. He is also involved in planting churches in surrounding areas. He and his wife, Ana, have been married since 1990. When considering his ministry and life, Ion states: “Since 1994, we have set out on the path of financial dependance on the Lord, with a fire in our hearts to let us go and spread the gospel and make disciples.” Ion has partnered with HeartCry since 1996.
