Church Planter – Myanmar

Sawh was raised in a Christian home and became a Christian through the testimony of his Sunday School teacher. He immediately began to share the gospel with his friends, though they rejected the message of salvation, and later attended a Bible school, before being sent out a missionary.

Testimony of Conversion

I was born and grew up in a Christian family. I lived in a town in Myanmar. Even though I was born in a Christian family I was not saved, though I was exposed to the truth of Jesus Christ. I went to Sunday school every week. My parents and Sunday school teachers taught me about the salvation of Christ. When I was twelve years old I received Jesus Christ as my personal Savior by the teaching of my Sunday school teacher. I believed that Christ died for my sin on the cross, washed away my sins by His blood, He was buried, and He rose again.

I wanted to share the gospel with other people who do not know about the Living God, as my Sunday teacher taught me. I shared the gospel to them but they do not to listen to me. Especially my Christian friends who said that they believed God but they did not know about the salvation of Christ.

Call to the Ministry

When I passed my High School I chose to go to a Bible College. God led me to the Theological School that is a fundamentalist Baptist school. After finishing four years course of B.Th., God allowed me to serve and involve in a Fundamental Baptist church. I learned many things from my pastor and I got many experiences for my future ministry.

Now, I have the vision to go to the mission field. I will go to the eastern part of Myanmar. In that area, there are Roman Catholics, Buddhist, and Pentecostal groups, but there are no pure Fundamental Baptist believers. I want to share the biblical gospel and biblical faiths in that area. I decided to serve my Savior Lord Jesus Christ as a frontline missionary.

Yours in Him,

Mr. Sawh N.
