I greet you in the name of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, as I share my testimony. I grew up in the Methodist church, attending Sunday-school and confirmation classes, so that I could become a member of the church. This was all just religious activity, and I knew something was missing, and that there was more than just following the rules of the church.

After marrying Alfonso, we started searching for a church and joined a small fellowship in our neighborhood. Here I heard the gospel and the truth being preached, allowing me to understand and grow in the saving knowledge of God.  In March 2006, I committed my life to serving the Lord, acknowledging Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior, realizing that I am sinner and need Christ as my Savior all the days of my life. This has been the best decision I have ever made serving the Lord. He is my rock, my refuge, my salvation and I cannot go a day without acknowledging and worshipping my God.
