Testimony of Conversion

I praise God for the opportunity to share my testimony.

I was born into a nominal Christian family. My parents were truly religious people, and were born again when I was fifteen years old while we attended church.

Before this, even my pastor was not born again; our church was incredibly liberal, and I wasn’t saved. Though I attended with faithfulness, I lacked the assurance of salvation in my soul.

I tried to please the Lord through my good deeds.

When my parents were saved, a preacher came to my village and conducted an evangelistic meeting. I learned about the penalty for my sins, and that Jesus had actually died for them.

What a great salvation I received freely by faith!

Call to Ministry

After I received new life in Christ, I felt a thirst for the Word of God, and I wanted to study at a Bible college. I attended one from 2012 to 2016, and received a Bachelor’s of Theology. I thank God for the doctrine and truth I learned. From there, I was led into the ministry.

I was appointed as an assistant pastor of a church. When I started preaching and teaching Bible truths, the pastors and deacons didn’t like me, and even expelled me from the church!

Some who had apparently been saved through my preaching came to my house, and we started a church out of my home in 2018. After that, I was invited me to go to the Bible college one more time for short training. From there, I returned to my house church and lead there now.
