1. Visit this link: Manage Monthly Donations

2. Enter the email address you used when you set up the monthly donations and click “Verify Email”

3. Check your email and click the verification link.

4. On the right side of the monthly donation you would like to cancel, click the cancel link.

5. When the popup confirmation asks for confirmation, click “Ok”.

4. On the right side of the monthly donation you would like to change the amount for, click the “View Receipt” link.

5. Click “Edit Amount” next to the donation that you would like to edit.

6. Change the renewal amount and click “Update”

If your recurring donations began on or after January 1, 2020 then please visit “Manage Monthly Payments“. However, if you began your recurring donation before 2020, then follow the below instructions.

All recurring donations that began before 2020 are managed through your personal PayPal account. HeartCry does not have the ability to make changes to these donations. To change or cancel your recurring donation:

1. Sign in to your personal PayPal account
2. Go to “Payments Sent”
3. Locate payment and click “Details”
4. Click on the referenced transaction ID
5. Select “Cancel Subscription”

If your donation was made after January 1, 2020, then simply fill out the form below and a HeartCry staff member will process your refund request. We may be in touch with you if needed.
