Blessings Ndhlovu is pastor of Faith Baptist Church Twatasha in Kitwe, Zambia.  Kitwe is part of the Copperbelt Region of Zambia, known for its copper mines.  Blessings is planting a church in one of the poorer sections of Kitwe.  

Faith Baptist’s building has quite a history.  It was once one of the most famous nightclubs in the Copperbelt, known for its musicians from Democratic Republic of Congo. After the owner’s death, the building sat unused for years and fell into disrepair.  In an amazing series of events, Faith Baptist was able to acquire the partially-roofed building.

Pastor Blessings has a huge ministry to children in the community.  The large crowd of kids had to meet outside for games and Bible studies.  This becomes a problem during the long rainy season.  HeartCry was happy to help Faith Baptist finish the rest of the roof and give these children a dry place to meet and learn God’s Word.
