Roberto Bulgarin serves as pastor of Dios Proveedor Baptist Church in Salinas, Ecuador, and oversees church-planting efforts in Montañita and San Pedro. He holds a bachelor’s degree in theology from the Baptist Seminary in Colombia and a master’s degree from Confessional Baptist Seminary in Ecuador. He began pastoring at Dios Proveedor in 2004 and was ordained there in 2009. His current ministry involves expository preaching, evangelism, church planting, and discipleship. Dios Proveedor is also the distributor of Chapel Library Ministry materials in Ecuador; thus, another aspect of his ministry is dispersing biblical resources throughout the country. Roberto also spends part of his week in Montañita and San Pedro, overseeing the church-planting work there. He has been married to his wife, Erika, since 2004. Roberto has been a HeartCry partner since 2025.
