Matt. G serves the Lord as a church planter located in Bali, Indonesia. He received his ministerial training through “a variety of contexts, including both formal theological institutions and local churches.” These formal theological institutions were the School of Theology and Mission at Union University, Reformed Theological Seminary, and the Associated Canadian Theological Schools at Trinity Western University. Matt describes his current ministry: “I train and mentor pastors and church planters in Indonesia and Timor Leste. I also work as a Bible translation consultant with the Makasae New Testament translation. Additionally, I am laboring to plant a local church in Bali, Indonesia, teaching God’s word to his people and evangelizing the lost in our city.” Matt has been partnering with HeartCry since 2006. He and his wife, Amanda, have been married since 2005, and they live in Bali with their children.
