Lukas S. serves the Lord as a church planter located in Indonesia. He was raised in a Christian home where he “listened to gospel stories weekly in the church,” but he recalls that “even as a young boy understanding who Jesus is and what He did, I still was unrepentant.” Lukas came to faith after a severe sickness awakened him to the faith that he was not a child of God. After he was converted, the Lord gave Lukas a desire to share the Word of God with people, which led him to seek training at a Bible school. Lukas returned to his village after Bible school to continue ministry in his local community. Lukas has been partnering with HeartCry since 2021.
