Luis Munoz is a pastor of Reformed Baptist Church of Barquisimeto in Venezuela. He received his ministerial training from the Latin American Reformed Seminary of Medellin. His current ministry involves biblical and expository preaching, nouthetic counseling, and the discipleship and preparation of men and women for ministry. He began in ministry in 2014, and has partnered with HeartCry since 2024. He and his wife, Olga Vanessa, have been married since 2005.
