Joseph Garcia serves the Lord as a pastor in France. He received his ministerial training through the local church, through expository preaching workshops, and through biblical literature. Joseph’s current ministry involves faithfully preaching the Word of God and counseling believers regularly. His greatest desire is “for the Lord to bring about a great awakening in the evangelical people of France, bringing the gospel back to the center so that Christ may receive honor and glory.” Joseph has been partnering with HeartCry since 2025. He and his wife, Emmanuelle, live together in Marseille with their children.
