Javier Salguero serves as a church planter and pastor at Reformed Christian Baptist Church in Buenos Aires, Argentina. After four years of weekly study and perseverance, a small fellowship became Reformed Christian Baptist Church in March of 2024. Javier received his ministerial training at Confessional Baptist Seminary of Ecuador led by Pastor Jorge Rodríguez. He was ordained on December 15th, 2025. His weekly ministry involves preaching, counseling, and discipleship. Javier desires to lay a solid foundation in this young church, teaching the congregation to love God, to cherish His Word, and to read and understand the Scriptures. He also seeks to encourage and prepare men for ministry and to plant other churches. He has partnered with HeartCry since 2025. He and his wife, Andrea, have been married since 2003; they have 4 children.
