Iulian Bacaliuc is a church planter and pastor at Golgotha Kerk Affligem in Belgium. Sent out from Emanuel Baptist Church in Moldova (pastored by HeartCry missionary Anatol Duna), Iulian serves the Moldovan and Romanian diaspora in the city of Affligem. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in educational sciences from Tiraspol State University. He also received a master’s degree in animal husbandry and agriculture from Chisinau Agrarian University. He received his ministerial training from Precept Ministries International and Emanuel Church in Cahul. He has been teaching for Precept Ministries International since 2015 and now serves as the National Director at Precept Ministries Belgium. Iulian’s current ministry involves preaching, teaching at a local Bible School, organizing day camps, coordinating marriage seminars, counseling, and accompanying the worship team on the guitar. Iulian has been involved in ministry since 2008 and has been partnering with HeartCry since 2025. He and his wife, Cristina, have been married since 2011, and they have 4 children.
