Hugh Morrison is the pastor of Margaree Valley Baptist Church on Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia. He received his ministerial training from a four-year bachelor of theology from a Bible college. He describes his current ministry: “I am the pastor of a 189 year old rural church of 100 people and have been since 2001. I preach and teach, do visitation in our church and evangelize in our community and other communities around us. We have planted three churches in three unreached communities on Cape Breton Island.” Hugh has been in ministry since 1997, and he has partnered with HeartCry since 2022. He and his wife, Tracey, have been married since 1995, and they live with their family in Margaree Valley.
