Hector German Salcedo is the pastor of Bible Church Junin de los Andes in Argentina. He received his ministerial training through the Instituto de Expositores de Argentina (IDEAR) of The Master’s Academy International, where he received certificates in Bible and theology, in ministry and counseling, and in exegesis and exposition. As the church continues to be solidified after its planting, Hector desires to train men so that the church can have a plurality of pastors. Hector was ordained in 2022 and has been partnering with HeartCry since 2024. He is married to Carolina, and the live in Argentina with their family.
