Des Cramer is the pastor of Coastal Bible Church in Cape Town, South Africa. He received his ministerial training “under the hands of faithful men that have ploughed into my life for many years and continue to do so.” Des has also received certificates in Bible and Theology from the Bible Institute of South Africa. He describes the ministry of the church: “Coastal Bible Church, based in Muizenberg, exists for the purpose of glorifying Almighty God and ‘reaching people for Christ.’ We do this through equipping believers to reach into the community and bring the Gospel to the dire straits of society, which includes ministering to: the frail, elderly, children, poverty stricken, homeless, abused women and children, substance abuse and many other situations.” Des has been in ministry since 2000 and has partnered with HeartCry since 2021. He and his wife, Michelle, have been married since 1994, and they live with their family in Cape Town.
