Dr. Costel Ghioanca is a church planter and the pastor of Adonai Baptist Church in Bucharest, Romania. He received his ministerial training from the Baptist Theological Seminary in Bucharest. He is involved in church planting, evangelism, and student ministry. Student ministry in particular is a deep passion for Dr. Costel, as he seeks to reach the vast number of students “living in sin and depravity” in Bucharest. He is involved in many academic pursuits, including his roles as a professor, author, and dean, all while still pastoring in Bucharest. Dr. Costel and his wife, Cristina, have been married since 2008, and he has been partnering with HeartCry since 2012.
