Chhinho Saing is the pastor of Shalom Phnom Penh Church and the country coordinator of Shalom Mission to Cambodia. Chhinho received his ministerial training through Bible School in Phnom Penh and through his studies at Bible Theological Seminary in the Philippines for a Bachelor of Theology and a Master’s Degree in Christian Leadership. He started in ministry in 2002 and has worked with HeartCry since 2014. Chhinho and his wife, Samphors Mao, have been married since 2008.
