Bill Issa is the pastor of Reconciliation Baptist Church, Kampala, Uganda. He received his ministerial training through Pan Africa Christian University in Kenya for his Bachelor’s Degree in Bible and Theology. He also receives a Masters of Divinity from Africa Reformed Theological Seminary. Bill is involved in church planting and trains other pastors andchurch leaders. He has been in ministry since 2008, and has been partnering with HeartCry since 2014. He and his wife, Priscilla Namakula, have been married since 1998.
