Andre Lima serves the Lord as a pastor at the 2nd Evangelical Baptist Church of Barreiro in Portugal. He received his ministerial training through the Baptist Seminary of Quelez, and through time as a pastoral intern under the leadership of HeartCry Missionary and Pastor Mario Pina. After being formally and publicly evaluated and approved, Andre was ordained to pastoral ministry in the church where he now serves. Andre describes his current ministry as involving, “praying, preaching, teaching, visiting, and counseling.” Andre is also involved in “preparing other men to preach, teach, and counsel God’s flock here.” He has been partnering with HeartCry since 2024. He and his wife, Rute, have been married since 2023, and they live in Portugal.
