In the country of Germany, in approximately 1440 A.D., Johannes Gutenberg invented the printing press. This humble invention made literature available to the masses and became the instrument through which Western civilization was transformed. One of the first books to be mass-produced was the Gutenberg Bible. From that moment, there was no looking back. The production and dissimilation of Bibles and Christian literature were used to educate the masses and fan the flames of the Reformation. Since that time, the printing of Bibles and sound Christian literature has been a major force in the advancement of the Great Commission and the edification of the church. For this reason, HeartCry is constantly laboring to not only support missionaries on the field but to print and provide sound theological literature for their instruction.
Italy
For the last few years, HeartCry has been working with Alpha and Omega Publishing in Sicily to provide sound literature to Italian-speaking ministers and their congregations. In 2019, the following works were made available in Italian:

Hungary
Although the need for sound Christian literature in Italy is great beyond description, in the country of Hungary, resources are even scarcer. Therefore, we rejoice to announce that the Gospel’s Power and Message has recently been translated into Hungarian and made available to the church. We want to extend our deepest gratitude to Reformation Heritage Books for the diligent and sacrificial labor to produce and distribute sound theological works throughout the world.
