I thank the Lord that in this month of May we have had greater freedom to come together as a church, and all the brothers have great joy when they are all together again praising the Lord. The situation of the pandemic led us to have two Sunday services to comply with government regulations, and now that things are beginning to get normal, we see it necessary to maintain the two services because the number of people who are attending does not allow us to go back to a single service.

On May 8th we celebrate the 16th anniversary of the church. We are very grateful to the Lord because we have seen throughout all these years his immense love and his great mercy. We give all the glory to the Lord because he allows us to see the miracle of conversion to Christ constantly throughout all this time: “The Lord has helped us to this point.” We were able to celebrate the wedding of our brother and sister Alex and Marta that same day of the anniversary. It was a very special moment for everyone because the church anniversary and the wedding mark the beginning of a new stage in the life of the church after this time of struggles, trials, and challenges.

Regarding the mission points, we also see that they begin to return to normal. In Paris, they have already rented a new facility to restart face-to-face meetings. On May 30th they celebrated their third anniversary. We are praying for one of the leaders, because due to a fire in the building where he lived, they had to leave his apartment to go to another makeshift while making repairs. Thank the Lord he kept them from suffering physical harm. We also thank the Lord for the two groups in the south of France, Marseille and Lunel. Last month they had a united worship. We see with joy how the Lord is encouraging and blessing them.

The mission point in Valencia is also growing and the current facility has become too small. They are looking for a new, larger facilities.

On a personal level, comment that I was sick and had to stay at home for almost two weeks. But now, thank to the Lord, I am recovered and I am encouraged to continue in the work of the gospel. I am very happy because I have started a series of sermons on the Epistle to the Philippians, and the Lord has helped me a lot in understanding the joy and hope that the Lord gives us, despite the adverse circumstances that we may go through, the which are used by the Lord for His glory.

I am sure of this, that he who started a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” – Philippians 1:6

Your brother in Jesus Christ,
