As I observe the progress in the gospel preaching and church planting ministry we have engaged in over the past years, our partnership with HMS played a vital role in expanding those works in terms of practical and visible results. We firmly believe that the gospel is the power of God to salvation for everyone who believes (Romans 1:16).

We are committed to preaching the gospel in season and out of season. And it is made easier by your generous contributions in partnership with HMS. By doing so, we have witnessed the work of the Holy Spirit in converting many souls to Christ over the years.

We preached the gospel and, as a result, planted over ten churches in different areas during the past three years. Each congregation is surrounded by unbelieving families in the village and other villages nearby. Therefore, when we plant a church, it becomes a strategic place to evangelize the rest communities in the area and build up the new members. However, since these congregations are made up of poor families, we had difficulty sending and support a pastor for they can’t support their pastor. Besides, they need a church building, a house for the pastor, a water supply, and other things. Those are the main physical (financial) challenges in our mission works. However, by the grace of God, we have overcome many of those in our partnership with HMS over the years.

We can be assured that God will bring the growth if you water the gospel seed that we’ve planted (1 Cor. 3:6-8). We have the seed. We have the sound doctrine. We have solid preachers. But we lack the supplements, not to the gospel, of course, but to the works on the ground. And you have provided us with what we lack. Thank you very much. God bless every one of you.
