In many parts of Asia biblical literature is unavailable. In view of the dearth of sound materials, HeartCry shipped 3500 theological books, along with hundreds of Bibles, to a theological school in Asia that we partner with. The students are taught English during their freshman and sophomore years so they have access to the plethora of biblical resources that are available to English speakers. The books arrived last night and the students were delighted, observed by the smiles as they unload the boxes at the school.
Several ministries assisted in the project, either donating books or selling the books at cost, which made the shipment possible (The Gospel Coalition, Ligonier Ministries, Chapel Library, 9Marks, The Banner of Truth, Reformation Heritage Books, Grace Books). The students and HeartCry thank you, the donors, for your prayers and support!
