In the year 2010, we have started a small house fellowship in Bhutan. Now eight families are attending our Sunday worship service regularly. We are having fellowship, family prayer, and Bible studies on every Wednesday. Every first Friday of the month we also have fellowship, fasting, and prayer. We are conducting children’s Sunday school too.

We give our full concentration to our fellowship members, to help the new believers in the knowledge of the Bible and provide spiritual growth in Christ. These new believers needed teaching and training from the Word of God. We are regularly going for house visiting and prayers. Making friendship with them and looking for an opportunity to share gospel. We can see the growth of the Gospel in Bhutan.

It is very difficult for us to openly share the Gospel or worship together here. And due to the prevalent situation here, we have to limit ourselves in many ways. It’s our heart’s desire to help the Bhutanese to know the love of our Lord Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sins and rose again. They need to know that Jesus is the only true way to God. “And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).

It is hard for the mission workers in Bhutan, but with God’s help we can help bring the Gospel to Bhutan. “I can do all things through him who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13).

Prayer Requests

  • Pray for the country of Bhutan that God will open their hearts and mind to the Word of God.
  • Pray for the ministry in Bhutan that God will use us to proclaim the Gospel.
  • Pray for our fellowship that God will lead us and help the members to grow in the knowledge of God and grow spiritually.
  • Pray that God will provide all we need to do His will.

“But we will devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the word.” (Acts 6:4)
