We thank our God for you who are faithfully praying and giving for the furtherance of the Lord’s work here in Frankfurt, Germany. Your continued support is a great source of encouragement to us. I am privileged to provide you with a quick overview of some of the recent happenings in our church’s life.

Weekly Street Evangelism

Every Saturday we are on the streets to reach people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Two brothers joined me for the very first time to hand out tracts and have personal conversations on the street. It is always encouraging seeing brothers and sisters willing to put aside comfort and overcoming fear and uncertainty for the sake of Christ. I am especially grateful for a young man who is very zealous for evangelism and faithfully joins me every Saturday.

Also, we have written a new Gospel tract and will have it printed very soon. We hope to distribute many thousands. May I ask you to pray for our continued efforts to make Christ known as we long to see fruit for the glory of His name?

Baptism Service

We would be grateful if you could pray for us as we plan to baptize three people and take one more into our membership on March 12th, 2017. More people have applied for baptism/membership and we need a lot of wisdom to add them to the church step by step. Please join us in praising our Lord for it is only God who gives the growth.

Training Men

We plan to continue training men who are potentially gifted to teach and preach. I would be very grateful if you could pray for these six brothers as we endeavor to prepare them to be even more useful for the Body of Christ. Please pray especially that the Lord will equip us and show us the men whom He has called to serve as deacons in our midst.

Space Limitations

Because of rising attendance we are struggling with an increasing lack of space. Therefore, we would be most grateful if you could pray that we might find a suitable place of assembly soon. Thank you!

How grateful we are to each one of you for upholding us in prayer! May the Lord bless you and your family!

Respectfully yours in His service,
Peter Schild
