Dear Brethren,

Greetings to you in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ. With heart full of gratitude to the Lord, I would like to update you on the workings of God in my life and the life of the church here in Chambishi.

“He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favour from the LORD”

In all my previous updates, one request, which I was sure to mention, was for our wedding preparation. Thankfully, our wedding took place successfully on November 8, 2014. And with heart full of joy, I should share that my wife is proving to be a huge blessing to my life and ministry. Praise God and pray with us for grace as we journey through this institution.

Outreach Efforts

By God’s grace and strength, we have continued to seek to share the gospel in the community. Below are the ministries we have recently launched:

The Lord continues to bless His work here in Chambishi through a number of activities, one of the activities is the hospital ministry. We launched this ministry last month, with the motive of sharing the gospel to the patients and hospital workers. The ministry is so far is taking shape slowly with its own challenges. Pray for success.

We recently had our evangelistic lunch-on at my house where we invited people from the neighborhood. Lunch was provided and later on, the gospel was shared. From this activity, we have Mr. Soul Mwewa and his two children [Blessings and Ezekiel] who has started coming to church for some weeks now. Please pray for their salvation and he desires the wife to follow him.

In the line of evangelistic programs, last week on Saturday, we again had an evangelistic program we called the New Year Fellowship meal. We asked our people to come with their family members who do not come to church, so that we could have fellowship together and ultimately share the gospel. The program went on well. Pray for fruit.

May the Lord be with you as you continue to labour in His field. May we be found faithful in carrying out the task entrusted to us.

Your brother in Christ.
