Here are some of the ways that we can be praying for Martin Manten and the ministry in which he is involved in Zurich, Switzerland:
- We are expecting about 100 people on May first for a dedication service. Many unbelievers will be there. Please pray for God’s Word to work mightily.
- July 3rd we will accept members in our new church for the first time
- October 9 we will have an ordination service where I will be officially installed as the pastor of our church plant.
- We started our church-based prayer meeting in the middle of March and we are overwhelmed by the participation, both in numbers and fervor. Praise the Lord!
- After the summer break we will start the church-based bible study
- Beginning in June we will also start a bi-weekly women’s Bible study
- Our home bible study is busting at the seems. Every other Tuesday we usually have around 16 people at our home for dinner followed by two hours in the Word
- June 11 we will have the 15-year EBTC institute celebration in Berlin. Also, we have been 10 years in Zürich, 5 years in Rhineland and we will be starting the Vienna extension in September 2017
- June 25 will be graduation at the EBTC Zürich
- Please also pray that God will guide the right kind of students towards EBTC as we start with a new semester in September
- Please, also pray for Uwe Seidel, one of our key teachers and academic advisor at the EBTC who was recently diagnosed with cancer and is undergoing treatment at the moment.
