A miracle happened last month with Danut. He has three adult children and one of them is in prison. Because he has to work very hard to support his family, he got sick and had great pains. He was diagnosed with a herniated disc and the doctors told him to get ready for surgery. He went to the town hall to ask for financial help for the surgery and have an ultrasound. A few days before the surgery, he came to my place and asked me to pray for him. I read a Bible passage and then knelt down and prayed for him. He went back home and the next day there was no more pain in his body. Danut cried for joy for two days because he was really afraid to undergo surgery. If he had had the surgery he couldn’t have worked anymore for about 6 months. This would have prevented him from being able to provide for his family. The next Sunday he came to church and told all of us about the miracle that had taken place in his body.

On the following Sunday he brought his neighbors to church, who also had some health issues. They asked me to come to their home and pray for them. I took two brothers with me and went to their place. I explained to them that it was more important for the blessing of their house to have an open heart to the Lord and then we prayed for them. They agreed to have the tent set up in their courtyard for three days. During those three evangelistic services, Trandafir and his wife were searched by the Lord and then they surrendered to Him with tears of joy in their eyes. About 60 Rroma people heard the Gospel on this occasion and we also shared some lessons with their children. We distributed 70 Bibles for children and gave them candies. We gave out 50 New Testaments to those who can read. The Holy Spirit worked in a wonderful way there. Hallelujah!
