Marian Nae reports this month

Through God’s grace, we had a baptism this month in our church. Two people were baptized on this occasion.  Please pray that the Lord would keep working in their lives. One young man also wanted to get baptized, but his parents, who are non-Christians, didn’t allow him to, threatening that they would kick him out of their house. So, I talked to him and postponed his baptism, telling him that he had to be patient and obedient to his parents.  Please pray for this young man and for his parents. Over a hundred people attended the baptism service.  We didn’t have room for all of them in the church building.  Please pray for all these people.

Through God’s grace, I participated in an evangelistic event in the open air in Ghimpati, along with a group of brothers from our church. A leader of the Rroma community has turned to the Lord and he invited all his relatives to listen to the Word of God. Over 300 people attended this evangelistic event. I preached the Gospel and, in the end, I invited those who wanted to accept the Lord to come forward. Over 40 people responded and we prayed for them. Please pray for all those who attended this event and especially for those who accepted the Lord.

I had the grace to participate to a three-day evangelistic campaign in Alba County. I shared the Gospel with people in three important villages in this county.  There is a large Rroma community in Salistea,. The villagers rented the soccer field for this evangelistic event. Many people came to listen to the Gospel message and, in the end, we prayed for the participants. I would also like to ask you to pray for them. The next two days, we served the Lord in Oarda and Seusa, and there were also many people who attended the evangelistic services. The Lord gave us grace to serve Him and these people.  We prayed for those who needed to get closer to God. Please pray for all the people who attended these evangelistic events.

I also participated to another evangelistic event in Tonea, Calarasi County, in a Rroma community. I preached the Word of God and invited the people to make peace with God. Four people decided to accept the Lord and we prayed for them. One of them was a 23-year old girl who was profoundly deaf.
