As we seek to take the Gospel to the community around our church, we are coming into contact with many Jehova’s Witnesses, followers of Charles T. Russel. The “Hall of the Kingdoms,” which is their central headquarters, is located right behind our church building. Many of them have been confrontational, but thankfully we are finding some who are willing to listen to the Word of God.

Also, I was given the opportunity to preach one Saturday at the end of the Master Soccer Championship in Chorrillos, Lima. There were some present who listened very attentively as I proclaimed the Gospel, while others shouted angrily, demanding that I shut my mouth. We passed out tracts and several neighbors thanked me and asked me to come visit them in their homes.

May the Almighty God help all of us to finish this race with joy and complete the ministry that he’s given us.
