Danut Opris is regularly involved in home ministry. This past month he sent this testimony from a recent experience in the home of an unsaved family:

“Home visits are part of my ministry. I visit the church members to council them, to rebuke or correct them, and to encourage or help them in order to be able to come to church. Our church helped a non-Christian family with financial support. Their daughter needed mouth surgery. After we helped them, the girl’s mother didn’t come to church anymore. The believers didn’t like that, saying that they turned their back on us after we helped them. I told my brothers that this family might not come to church in the future, but we must not be upset if someone forgets the good that was done to him or her. We helped this girl for the Lord’s sake and not for her parents’ sake. We obeyed the Lord and must not be sorry for that. I am glad that God’s name was honored and the operation was successful, as far as I know.”
