Marian Nae relates in his January report some of the evangelistic opportunities that he has been affored in recent days:

Through God’s grace, I have given attention to the new people that have started coming to church. I visited them at home and had fellowship with them, studying the Word together. I decided to have a time for praying and fasting, asking the Lord to give me a larger vision in ministry. The weather was very cold this month and we also had snow, so church attendance decreased, but we also had new people coming.Because of the cold weather and snow, I wasn’t able to go to Frumusani, where we have a mission point. The brothers in Frumusani were isolated for several days because of heavy snowfall, but they enjoyed God’s presence with them.

We have started a prayer and fasting chain with the church. We are praying for the salvation of our children, brothers, neighbors, etc.

Through God’s grace, two families came to church this month. I visited them and prayed for them and the Lord has searched their hearts and they have started coming to church. Please pray for these families, as they are facing problems. I am getting more involved in their lives. I study the Word with them, I pray with them and visit them at home twice a week. They are attending the church on a regular basis. Please pray for one man. He is married and has two children, but he is drug addicted. He is coming to church and when I pray with him, he even starts crying. But when he needs drugs, he becomes another person. He’s been taking drugs for 13 years. We are praying and fasting for his family, but the devil has started a great battle. When he needed drugs, he got angry and beat his wife who was holding their daughter. I visited them to counsel and pray for them. They have a two-year-old daughter who is very sick. Please pray for this family.

A new lady came to church this month. She came to worship with us. Her heart was searched by the Word of God and she came up front and we prayed for her salvation. Please pray for her.

My mother was hospitalized this month and I visited her there and this gave me the opportunity to share the Gospel with her roommates. I talked to one of the ladies and she is a very intelligent person. She said she had everything she needed, except health. I shared the Gospel with her and told her that Lord Jesus died for her and He wants to save her. She said she was reading the Bible, but she couldn’t understand it. I asked for permission to pray for her and I prayed that the Lord would discover His goodness to her. Then I asked the Lord to touch her heart. This lady was really touched and she even started crying. Please pray for her salvation.

Along with a group of believers from our church, I visited the children that were hospitalized in the Oncological Hospital. We gave them presents, prayed for them and shared the Gospel with their parents. I was overwhelmed by the parents’ suffering. We received the grace to visit over 35 children, ages 2 to 16, who were diagnosed with cancer. Please pray for them and for their parents.
