I’m thankful to brother Conrad Mbewe, who through his teaching has motivated me greatly with regard to family devotions and discipline in our own personal lives. As a result, my wife and I are adjusting some of the things that we had begun to take a little lightly. So, we are thankful to the Lord for His providence that arrived in precisely the right moment. This has allowed us to spend more time in our devotionals and in prayer together.

The ministry with the children has fallen in number, since the majority of the schools have activities on Saturdays, which is the day that we have the Bible Club. So we are praying about whether or not we should change the day or the time to try to make it easier for them to come. We are praying also because this month we will be going to the schools to invite the children to come, and we will also be able to preach the gospel to them where they are studying.

With regard to the youth, I continue discipling the four young men throughout the week. There is one young man that is ready to be baptized, so if the Lord permits then this month we will have our first baptism as a church. There were several other youth that came to the church for the first time this month, and we are praying that the Lord would give us wisdom to know how to guide these young people in the best way for the glory of the Lord.

Three families have begun coming to the church as a fruit of the visits that we are carrying out as a family to the homes of the children from the Bible Club. On the other hand, there was a group of people that were opposing us in the work here. However, in the end two of the families that were opposing us decided to visit the church and they heard as I taught the Word of the Lord. Thanks to the Lord, they understood the teaching and they are now congregating with us. So, the Lord made things clear to them. The Lord is blessing us greatly.

We are beginning to overcome the problem we have with the trash that piles up behind our church. In these past days people have not been throwing their trash there as they were doing before.

Brothers and sisters, we ask your prayers for the church and for each one of the responsibilities that we desire to continue carrying out for the glory and honor of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ.
